About the project
RegProof is a verifiable trust layer for financial advertising and financial communications.
Financial companies produce large volumes of ads, landing pages, emails, social posts and affiliate creatives. AI can help prepare and review this content, but final compliance responsibility still requires a human decision. RegProof combines AI pre-review, human approval and cryptographic verification in one workflow.
The process is simple: a financial promotion is uploaded, AI extracts claims, checks supporting evidence, identifies risky wording and prepares a structured review pack. A qualified human reviewer then makes the final decision and signs the exact version of the creative. RegProof locks that version, issues a certificate and creates an on-chain attestation that records what was approved, by whom, for which jurisdiction and until when.
Anyone can later verify the certificate through a QR code or API. If the creative is modified after approval, RegProof detects the mismatch between the published content and the signed version.
Web3 is used as an independent trust anchor. It does not decide whether a financial claim is compliant. Instead, it makes the human approval tamper-evident and independently verifiable.
AI prepares. Humans approve. Web3 proves what was approved.
